RecommendedI have always been nervous to go to the dentist even as a kid. Bright now staff picked up on that and made me feel really supported. Talked me through everything that will happen and what lingo I might hear and what it means. The assistant was really awesome taking my X rays and gave me time if my eyes started to water up, she also explained to me the next steps. RecommendedI really enjoyed the overall experience. Everyone was especially nice, and everything was explained to me concisely. Some of the Dental chairs could use an overhaul, but for the most part the equipment was new and flawless.

RecommendedI have to say that Andrea Riolo (at the front desk) and Amy Alter (the Office Manger) are both helpful, kind, understanding, flexible and go out of their way to make things right! I had experienced something during a procedure and when I discussed it with Amy, she went above and beyond to make it right.
