RecommendedThe staff is great However every time I go I usually end up waiting hours they seem to always be short staffed My appointment was at 5pm I sat in lobby till 7pm and finally left at 8pm and only had X-rays done.
Quality of service quickly and the staff are friendly
Very professional and skilled doctors, assistants and hygienists! Most front desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional but there is one at the Elyria office that is rude, always stuffing her face with food when you come in for your appointment and seems annoyed that she’s been interrupted. I went here because they were on my dental insurance plan but overall I am impressed.

I have been going to Bright Now Dental for years and I’ve had the same dental hygienist, Jennifer, who is very personable, friendly, and competent. I trust her completely with my oral health. They always get me in and out in a very orderly fashion and Debbie at the front desk is a real joy to talk to.
