I felt welcomed the moment I walked in the door. The staff was on time and talked me through each step. I never felt rushed and every question I had was answered clearly. I saw both dentist and Ortho and enjoyed both visits. At the time of check out they took me through my plan for future care and costs. I love knowing what's next. All smiles here. I take all four of my kids to see Dr. Wood and he is wonderful with them. He did dental procedures on my sins last year and it went wonderfully. Appointments are scheduled promptly without a long wait. They do not do procedures on kids with medical complexities anymore, but we were able to schedule my daughter's surgery at Akron Children's and will continue to see Dr. Wood for cleanings, avoiding the long wait list at ACH.

The staff is very professional and I was treated with respect. All my questions were answered and my dental treatment plan was explained in detail. I am extremely thankful that there are Saturday appts available. I commute from Hollister to Santa Clara for work M-F, so it is comforting to know I no longer have to drive into SJ for a dentist appt on a weekend. Now I can just drive 5 minutes across town. I am all set up to get my great smile restored thanks to these kind folks. Thumbs up all around here....👌👍
