The dental work was great; however, I was not satisfied with the customer service at the window. I felt that they were agressive with how they presinted themselfs when I was asked to move my scheduled appointment. They gave me a last minute notice and expected me to just leave work with nothing more than a days notice. When I asked If all work was being completed as previously scheduled, however the clerical staff again was abrasive and aaggressive were I had to request to speak to a supervisor. Personalized service, the dentist and staff listens to your needs and make recommendation based on your situation. I am having a crown done and it felt more like I was in a boutique instead of a dentist office. Thank you all Glenda and staff for a wonderful experience.
