RecommendedNo office will always be perfect 💯 of the time. And that is true of here also, but if you have any issues with your appointments at this office speak with the office manager Joy and she will make it right. It’s only because of her and Dr Bae that I went back. And I’m glad I chose to go back. Took less than 5 minutes to get a cavity filled last time and very little numbing don’t know if a needle was used or just local because I didn’t feel any poke. Knowledgeable & kind!! I know I’ve had some dental issues that were long overdue to be addressed. Having been to dentists in the past that chastise you for not taking care of it immediately (like dental insurance grows on trees), I was expecting another lecture. Everyone I interacted with there was professional and kind! Highly recommend!!
After years of bad dentistry and haven,t seen a dentist in over 14 yrs, I went to Bright Now in Medina and was pleasantly surprised, man they are so good , had now worries or fears , everyone was really good at putting me at ease and the cost was great too. I would recommend this practice to anyone , a real 5 star dentistry
The Dentist is by my opinion very skilled at performing her dentistry. 1. Explains what needs to be performed regarding the work on my teeth in a matter that I understand. 2. Assistant is also efficient.
The nurses are polite and the dentist themselves are great. with every procedure I have had done they make sure I'm ok during them. The office is clean and everyone very friendly. My stepson know goes there. My kids and I love it here
A shout out to the staff in this office in Wesley Chapel. I am treated very well and professionally. I had a root canal done and it was an emergency and they helped me get in ASAP. The only pain I felt was from the little needle to numb you. Doctor Maryam Habibi, was gentle and caring. I have a heart problem and her first question is did you take your meds before my procedure, showing she cares about your health. Kudos to this group of people.
The staff at the Brandon location are wonderful. I look forward to getting my treatment done with them! Karen, the office manager is very compassionate and detailed. The periodontist and the staff make you feel comfortable and explain everything in detail. I am beyond happy to have found them.
The dentist and hygienist are outstanding. My only criticism is the wait in the lobby. Very rarely do I get in at the appointment time. Last Saturday, I arrived at 10:44 am for an 11 am appointment. I sat in the lobby until 12:20 pm. Once I’m actually in the chair, I’m very comfortable with the skill and efficiency of the staff.
