They listen to you. The receptionist breaks down the cost so you know what you pay out of pocket. The dentist has over 30 years experience. Very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Great experience
this is my 2nd review of Bright Now Dental in Spring Hill. There is an awesome hygenist named Karl who has treated me 3 times. He is the only male hygienist to work on me in 40 yrs ! I suffer from extreme phobia regarding dentistry and up until Karl would not consider a male. My old hygienist left and poor Karl seemed so sorry for me, that something told me "he's ok". My entire family are satisfied patients of Dr. Vu and his excellent staff. I retired in 2010 and needed a dentist that would accept the dental I was able to find. I needed a bridge for a tooth cracked and removed by a previous dentist whose office would not accept my new insurance despite being with them for 30 years. Bright Now did and the bridge Dr. Vu made is excellent. I do miss my former dental assistant of 30y but am satisfied with Dr. Vu's staff.
