When I first made contact with Bright Dental, I had the pleasure of talking to a GREAT customer service rep. I had broken a tooth, and they got me in right away. Once I got to the office, I was greeted with smiling, happy people. The office was clean and everyone was efficient. I waited about 5 minutes. EVERYONE WAS GREAT! The young lady who did my x-ray was so sweet....(x-rays are the worst.) The dentist was gental and informative. He explained everything in layman's terms.
