I am someone who has a phobia of dentists and I can honestly say that they have helped me to overcome being terrified to visit the dentist! (As long as they are the dentist!). RecommendedI have been putting off a root canal and paid for it with excruciating pain during the holidays. When I could no longer wait I went into the office and even tho they were overbooked and Dr Chen was the only one there he worked me in to give me some relief. While I had to wait several hours during those hours the whole staff made sure I didn’t sit in pain and helped me control the pain while I waited. RecommendedMy son chipped a large part of one of his front teeth on a Saturday night. By 11am that Sunday (the next day) his smile was back to normal. Thank you Dr. Chen for coming in on an off day to fix my sons tooth! He got us in within 30 minutes of our phone call and had us out in less than an hour. I am a very happy mom!!!!

RecommendedWent for 6 months cleaning. Carol is kind and gentle. She explains each procedure and advises on how avoid acid and other damage to teeth. I am happy to get the complete cancer screening of the mouth and the fluoride cleaning. In 2 years that I have been going to Dr Kwok and Carol, I have only praises the them and the whole staff! Overall excellent treatment that gives me peace of mind.

RecommendedGood service. Hygienists do a great job on prophylaxis and Xrays. However the last three trips I waited over 20 mins for the Dr to see me. I left all three times. Either need more Dr’s or do a better job of scheduling.
