As a first time patient I has nothing but kindness from every member on the team from signing in to getting x-rays to have Missy & Kathy explain everything step by step breaking down every procedure and charge. Too Kathy making molds for my teeth, they say she's the best. To Dr.G who checked out my damaged mouth explaining everything as well. My experience was positive. I was a first time patient. My concerns were answered in a patient matter. The whole staff worked together to make this a pleasant visit. My teeth cleaning was thorough . Carl was superb in how he was sensitive in making it a pain free experience.
