Emily and Anna were absolutely perfect today. I am one of those moms who is always late, forgetful, stressed out and way too busy. Those two ladies handled my drama like it was a walk in the park. No big deal. They were understanding, sweet, and even joked and laughed with me. This was my first experience with Bright Now! and I was relieved and surprised to have been treated so well. Thank you Anna and Emily!!! You two made my day! You are awesome!
