Denise is amazing performing dental cleanings. Denise should not been checking CPT codes for billing, this should be done by front office staff before we are sitting on a chair for cleaning. At the end of my cleaning, I was told that I had a balance in my account from January 2022 By office manager. I never received a bill at home and when I called insurance they did not have a record of provider submitting a bill. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. My experience was as pleasant as a tooth extraction and 2 crown replacements can be. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be.
Staff was friendly and helpful. they were professional in all respects. They met my needs and worked with my insurance company.
