RecommendedAs a new patient I was confused on how the office ran. I went in and got x-rays and them waited for hygienist. I was told as a new patient she did not have time for my cleaning. She said she had another patient and if I wanted to wait she would get back to me in about a hard hour. I wondered did I not make the right appointment? After much confusion, another hygienist did my cleaning. I am still not sure what happened during my appointment but I felt I had done something wrong.
