Part of me wants to give them five stars, and another part of me wants to give them one. I am splitting the difference with 3. The Good: They all genuinely seem kind, the technology in the office is obviously top tier, and I just got back from some dental work that seems high quality. Nothing was painful, and Dr. Garcia showed me his work on the dental camera when he was finished, which I thought was a nice touch. After many years with my previous dentist I had to look for a new dentist (retiring). I was blessed to find Garcia and his staff. From the moment I walked in I knew it was the right choice. The staff is friendly and caring. Helen and Tanya were exceptional. They introduced themselves to me and gave me some background information about themselves. Then they explain what would happen during the procedure. Then I met Dr. Garcia. He was calm and easy going, everything I enjoy.
Dr. Carlos Garcia, along with the rest of the staff, have been more than helpful with all of my dental concerns and needs. Each procedure or treatment that I have received has been followed by the necessary information to understand what is happening with my teeth, along with the the steps needed to ensure that the care I implement at home yields the results that both the staff and I are aiming to achieve.
