Still 5 stars. My first review was on the grooming department. I also do use the vet services, for over 5 years as well. Dr Sinclair is a wonderful Veterinarian ! She is very friendly and knowledgeable and always treats my dog with great care. I never feel like they are trying to oversell me on unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate (especially because I can never say no). The clinic is always clean. Medical care is excellent, with a flexible and caring staff. Prices are very reasonable at the clinic side. That is the reason for four stars. However the manager at the "Pet Resort" is authoritarian and a gas-lighter. She increases charges and eliminates long-term discounts without notice, claiming the discounts never existed. She also attempts to charge for services never ordered or received. Her front desk staff is often inexperienced and unreliable, adding ammunition to her confronting nature. They are convenient and ready to help which is a plus. The doctors are quick though, their business seems more interested in filling their books than providing thorough examinations. I wasn't able to get all my questions answered at time of service and left not knowing anymore about my dogs condition than when I entered. Some of the tests are optional and not disclosed properly. This review is for the pet resort only as I use a different veterinarian. My dog is a 7-ish year old Great Dane mix that's both deaf and has a vision impairment. He loves to be petted but hates hugs and hates having anyone's face near his. I needed to board him for three nights due to a surgery. I half-expected them to call and say that he's too aggressive or reactive because he doesn't like strangers, whether they're people or dogs. I don't know where to start. My dog, a four year old Chi mix (Gia) has been to several vet clinics in her lifetime. I adopted her just before COVID and she had a bad experience with a vet tech when she was young and because of curbside I wasn't able to go in with her for her visits. Absolutely love Dr. Sinclair and the girls. All my boys have been her patient for years. Three of the boys are in doggie heaven but now we have a 83 lb. Sheepadoodle and he loves her to pieces. He has also met Dr. Mahoney who was very nice. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our dog Rosie needed treatment for an abscessed anal gland and they took us that same day. Brighton has been our vet for 3 dogs. Professional service, clean, and very friendly staff. Excellent care for your pet.
