I had a necklace made with my mom’s fingerprint that recently passed. From the first phone call to several emails there was such genuine care and assurance my necklace would be exactly what I wanted. If I could give them a 100/5 stars, I would. Kevin went above and beyond to assure that I was able to create a custom engagement ring, that could be cherished for a lifetime. Kevin sits down with you, hears your wants, and listens. One can tell that he loves what he does, and it shows in the customer service that he exhibits in his business. He sent updates throughout the process and was always a text away with any questions. I will definitely be using them in the future for any jewelry needs!

Couldn’t have more positive words for Kevin and his team! I’m a COVID bride and was unable to visit the store to see the gorgeous ring I’d seen on Pinterest in person. I was able to set up a consult right from the website and discuss my concerns and questions. Kevin answered every one. I now have my ring and couldn’t be more excited to start wearing it daily.

I have nothing but good things to say about Brilliance in Diamonds! Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me and my fiance as we looked through every ring he had. We finally chose our perfect set and between the time we left the store and the day they were ready for pick up, I had a ton of questions and a couple of changes that Kevin very kindly accommodated. When our rings were ready for pickup, they even offered to clean my engagement ring so that my rings would look amazing on my wedding day - and they did! I have referred some friends to them since who also had an amazing experience. Brilliance in Diamonds was able to recreate a designer ring at a fraction of the cost of the original and, in my opinion, it looked EVEN BETTER! They raved about it. Kevin and his team made the process so simple and I really appreciated that we didn't have to go into a large, loud, and busy store with lot of pressure to buy right away. And they went above and beyond to make sure that we received exactly what we wanted. Me and my (now) husband agree that we won't go anywhere else to buy fine jewelry!
