I had a necklace made with my mom’s fingerprint that recently passed. From the first phone call to several emails there was such genuine care and assurance my necklace would be exactly what I wanted. If I could give them a 100/5 stars, I would. Kevin went above and beyond to assure that I was able to create a custom engagement ring, that could be cherished for a lifetime. Kevin sits down with you, hears your wants, and listens. One can tell that he loves what he does, and it shows in the customer service that he exhibits in his business. He sent updates throughout the process and was always a text away with any questions. I will definitely be using them in the future for any jewelry needs!

Couldn’t have more positive words for Kevin and his team! I’m a COVID bride and was unable to visit the store to see the gorgeous ring I’d seen on Pinterest in person. I was able to set up a consult right from the website and discuss my concerns and questions. Kevin answered every one. I now have my ring and couldn’t be more excited to start wearing it daily.
