Everything has been great so far, however our loved one does complain about the food - they say there is not much flavor. Overall the staff is friendly and she likes it there and that is what we like most about the community. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far .

I would highly recommend the community for your loved ones. In I have also already recommend the community to a friend. The staff are friendly and compassionate. They are always willing to answer our questions and they have been willing to take the time to speak with the family. We love this community and our experience. The food has been very good. We have even had a chance to dine with our loved ones. The community's dining staff are willing to try and accommodate the resident's requests. The staff have been willing to try... read more

Everything is good there, as long as you don't need any help or medicine. My loved one seems to like the food pretty good. They need to improve on their communication with the family, which is the main concern. In addition, they need to improve on, what they are willing to do as far care. Most of the staff is exceptional but it's one person dragging them down.

We chose Bristol Park at Eagle Mountain mainly due to the convenient location, it is only a few minutes form my house. The marketing director we first met with was WONDERFUL. We had a full week of struggling with my moms AC and she was so good about figuring the issue out and she never gave up until the problem was resolved. The activity director [name removed], we LOVE her - she is very personable and I love the Christian materials that she gives out to the residents. They also have bible study on Tuesdays and she leads tha... read more

The staff was very caring and communicated very well. They took awesome care of my father. The facility was beautiful and very clean. They had activities every day, and they encouraged the residents to partake. And my father was very happy with all the food.

We have not been able to eat the meals at the community yet, but from what we have seen they smell good and look appetizing. The activities are still pretty limited but they are starting to slowly get better

Right now due to COVID the activities are limited, but before that they were good. We were very impressed with this community, and our loved one is very happy there. We ate lunch the first day we visited and the food was very good, she has nothing but positive things to say about it. There are several different sized room, hers is on the smaller side but it opens up to the court yard where she can let her dog out.
