I would because... (Verified Renter) I would because it is a nice and safe place to live and everything is kept up around the community really nice. I would not because the staff is lazy, maintience is lazy. The office staff is rude and never there. They never answer their phones it’s absolutely ridiculous.

I would be... (Verified Renter) I would be hesitant to recommend this community because the day I was supposed to sign my lease and move in there was no one in the leasing office. There was apparently a miscommunication when an employee called out. I sat outside the office for several hours waiting for someone to show up and open the office. I emailed the leaseing agent and continued to call with no response. Do NOT MOVE HERE This is the worst property management team ever. I've lived here for 4 years and since Greystar Management has taken over they have the worst service ever!!!!! They have no idea what they are doing and blame it on the computer system. My lease ends 3/31/16 when I called for my 60 day termination the office team told me my lease doesn't end until 6/30/16.
