Using the App for the jewelry upload was extremely frustrating. What should have been a simple process, was very time consuming but most importantly very complicated. I cannot believe in today’s world that this was such a complicated experience. I was at the point of canceling my coverage before it ever began. Thankfully Lauren was patient enough to walk me through the process. She was very helpful.

Lauren was very helpful walking me through some questions I had regarding policy start dates. She also took some extra time to talk with me about the excitement of my upcoming wedding!
