Customer service is excellent! I misplaced my fiancé's engagement ring and after exhausting all of our options we filed a lost claim. Within a business day we received a call from the claims department. Our rep, Christine, was not only extremely sympathetic to the situation but also very reassuring that we would be taken care of. She was extra thorough about next steps in the process and how everything would unfold from there.
