I appreciated the help from Neil Forrester. He answered my many questions throughout. I had my sights set on a USDA Loan but he guided me to a Conventional Loan instead. I believe I made the right choice and believe it will benefit me. I always felt he was honest and forthcoming with me. One suggestion I would have is to have better communication among the staff. I think I had 5 different members of your company reach out to me at different times. Communication was lost and confused at times.
