Exceptional Service and Professionalism Both Dental Hygienist (Lori) and Dentist (Dr. Andolino) were professional and kind. I especially appreciate the detailed explanation of each procedure and friendly suggestions for better oral health. The receptionists are polite and always smiling. The overall experience at this office is always top notch.

Professional and friendly This was my first visit to Broad Street Dental and I was very pleased. Jen my hygienist was very friendly, pleasant and professional. She was very thorough and made me feel comfortable during my cleaning especially being a new patient. Dr. Burdett was also very professional and pleasant during my exam.

Always satisfied with the service. Especially the fact that when you have an appt for a specific time you are normally taken at that time. If there is a wait it is not long at all.

Wonderful, and trustworthy The staff are kind and friendly. They are also very informative about what is going on, and what procedures they are doing. It was my first experience with the staff, and I would definitely recommend. I felt safe, and trust them with my dental needs.

THANK YOU DR.Burdett is so gentle and kind. I felt very relaxed with her and she was excellent about my privacy. It was my first time I had work done on my teeth in this office and for me I think I did OK. I do really like the dentist and her patience. It meant so much to me.
