Verified Renter I enjoy living in Broadstone Waterfronts vibrant environment with multi ages living here. The facility has a variety of exercise options, we have underground parking and restaurants are literally outside our doors. The largest Shopping mall in SW US is a block away! The canal has well cared for paths to walk along on each side!

Verified Renter I am a senior that wanted to be close to restaurants, the Mall and an open air walking area. And I needed windows, a view and convenience of the amenities that are present in my apartment at Broadstone Waterfront. I am happy to be in the midst of activity and the availability of the common area gym, indoor lounges, and open air lounge on the canal, the pool and may even use the BBQ someday. The residents I have met are friendly and cheerful and many have lived here for years.

Verified Renter Broadstone Waterfront has been overall a positive experience and a good place to live. The location, the prompt professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of staff, maintenance timely response, amenities, and most residents - all good. I often recommend to friends to check this property out before making a decision as to where to live. Some of my friends have lived here since the property was built 6 years ago - for good reason!

Management has been friendly, professional and attentive to keeping the building neat, clean and safe.
