I recently moved from the East coast. And I was very concerned about finding a vet for my Yorkies. A neighbor recommended Broadview. And I met Dr. Hendricks. I could not be happier. He is thorough, knowledgeable and sincerely cares for his furry patients. That said, the front desk needs a lot of improvement. They are sometimes very rude. I was looking to find a new vet for my 8 year old dog as his previous vet refused to call back to book an appointment. Broadview allowed me to make an appointment online & also have all of their costs online. I especially love that they have an app to keep your appointments handy & can even upload a picture of your pet. They sent plenty of reminders prior to my appt. I did a “walk in” appointment which involved waiting in the car. I was in and out within about 40 minutes. I loved the vet. She answered every question I had and was very helpful. It was a very good experience.
