Management is unorganized. They refuse to fix problems in apartment, as well as other things. Don't go here unless it's your absolute only option.
Be careful trying to rent from them. AIY properties manages this property and a few more. BUT when you look at the individual property websites there is no mention that you have to have a monthly income of$1325 a month. I'm on SS disability and I receive $1226 so I can't rent there. Read the reviews about this place also. Not good. AIY's corporate office won't even do anything. I guess it's buyer beware with their properties.
