Broadway Gas offers all automotive repair services for all makes and models of vehicles and performs state inspections. Our ASE certified technicians can do all transmission and engine work, including rebuilds. We don’t perform body work. Our shop buys and sell used cars as well. We are focused on developing great relationships with our customers, and good service is a hallmark of the Broadway Gas experience. We offer warranty on all service for two years, or up to 24,000 miles, on parts and labor.

They weren't professional what so ever, they force customers to buy products, bad customer service.
Not the best experience. I bought the full synthetic option and the deal states tire rotation is included. The shop keeper told me it it wasn’t included... even after I showed him the proof. He was not helpful nor friendly. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.
They lied to my face about doing the tire rotation. They didn’t even ask for the wheel nut so I knew right away they didn’t. The owner had to apologize on behalf of the mechanics. If you pay for an oil change and tire rotation, make sure you are having both services done.
Not too friendly and it was difficult for the guy to get out of his chair to ask me what I wanted. At the end, I realized the sticker only gave me 5,000 instead of 6,000 and I went back to him to ask about this. He disappeared in to the garage and he then told me this gas station only gives you 5,000 instead of 6,000 and you could easily have paid the same fee for a the full synthetic oil. I noticed it, but I bet there are many who realized it. A rip off.
Told me my account compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. So it never got charged.
clerk is very stupid and rude
Tried to manipulate me into getting brakes fixed by making me feel like I wasn't taking good care of my kids. Also wouldn't let me keep my kids in the car during the oil change like Valvoline does.
The manager, Nick, told me he rotated my tires, which is what I paid for. He did not rotate my tires. I marked them. Nick is a liar. I do not recommend this place.
Do NOT recommend,supervised what service I was getting charged with and if service was delivered,e.g. got charged with tire balance but saw it was not performed so I had to ask for it.. was "advised" I needed a new AC compressor and I asked if a 2nd hand one comes with warranty and got a yes with 6months reply,then owner refuses any warranty on the repair because of the 2nd hand part used,TERRIBLE
