Not the best experience. I bought the full synthetic option and the deal states tire rotation is included. The shop keeper told me it it wasn’t included... even after I showed him the proof. He was not helpful nor friendly. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

They lied to my face about doing the tire rotation. They didn’t even ask for the wheel nut so I knew right away they didn’t. The owner had to apologize on behalf of the mechanics. If you pay for an oil change and tire rotation, make sure you are having both services done.

Not too friendly and it was difficult for the guy to get out of his chair to ask me what I wanted. At the end, I realized the sticker only gave me 5,000 instead of 6,000 and I went back to him to ask about this. He disappeared in to the garage and he then told me this gas station only gives you 5,000 instead of 6,000 and you could easily have paid the same fee for a the full synthetic oil. I noticed it, but I bet there are many who realized it. A rip off.

Told me my account compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. So it never got charged.

Tried to manipulate me into getting brakes fixed by making me feel like I wasn't taking good care of my kids. Also wouldn't let me keep my kids in the car during the oil change like Valvoline does.

Business response:

Shop has insurance policies and couldn’t afford to have something happen to your kids while being inside the bay. As a parent you need to respect the safety for the shop for your kids. There was no manipulating, car needed work and they were recommended to be replaced .

The manager, Nick, told me he rotated my tires, which is what I paid for. He did not rotate my tires. I marked them. Nick is a liar. I do not recommend this place.

Nick, told you that the mechanics forgot to rotate the tires. When he met you outside next to your car and told you he will take care of them when you have time another day. You refused to come back. There was a problem with the air compressor and the mechanics weren’t able to do them

Do NOT recommend,supervised what service I was getting charged with and if service was delivered,e.g. got charged with tire balance but saw it was not performed so I had to ask for it.. was "advised" I needed a new AC compressor and I asked if a 2nd hand one comes with warranty and got a yes with 6months reply,then owner refuses any warranty on the repair because of the 2nd hand part used,TERRIBLE

Given the customer a quote on 3 A/C compressors . 1. New compressor 1 year warranty 2. Rebuilt compressor 6 month warranty 3. Used compressor from junk yard no warranty Customer chose option 3 the cheapest option which has no warranty due to buying a used part from the junk yard. Customer was given multiple options and chose option 3 due to financial reasons. Broadway Gas stands behind its work for one year on any new part! We service everything and do all work that is requested from a customer. No EXCEPTIONS!
