Broc called me and explained what the process would be and gave me time to do some research and get back to him. I called him back and we started the process. I have refinanced before and it has seemed like a very stressful, unsure process. Broc did what he said he would do. When there was a question about an inspection, he took care of the issue. My original closing date was 12/28, but with the holidays, it ended up being January 4 - which was totally acceptable. The process went smoothly.
