Came in to get the oil changed in my F-250 and decided to talk to Gordon Wend while I was waiting about working the numbers for a lease on an Escape. A few hours later I drove away in my new Escape. Gordon worked his magic just like he did when we leased my wife's Fusion last year. We won't go anywhere else for our vehicles or service. Very happy!

I just went in for an oil change. But left with my recall done and my transmission fixed.... apparently when they were doing the oil change they found a transmission leak and fix that thank God it was under warranty Carmen was great and let me know exactly what was going on ....every time I've been there they have treated me very well...I am highly satisfied with all there services I won't take my vehicle anywhere else

Me and my family stopped in for the all mustang car show yesterday. Coming from an all Ford family we have 3 mustangs ourself so we had a great time. You should have more car shows just like this!!
My family and I were traveling from Rockford IL & heading to Ohio for a wedding. Stopping for gas in Maumee, we soon discovered we had a dead battery. Noticing the Ford dealership across the street, we phoned Brondes service dept. They quickly came to our rescue, jump started the battery & we then followed them back to the service center to change out the battery. From the phone call until we were back on the road only took 18 minutes. Awesome Job!!! We are extremely grateful for the wonderful service we received.
