Brooke was extremely helpful and responsive. Anytime I had a question she was able to answer in a timley manner. It was nice to have the app to know what part of the process I was in, even though we had some technical difficulties. I wish the framework advising session was easier to setup an appointment and the certificates were the same across the board. It added some extra frustration, but it all worked out.

Brooke did very well with informing me of everything and resolving any issues. I would refer her and/or utilize her services in the future. Most of the other banks were next to impossible to reach the loan officer without waiting a day or so for a call back. Brooke made herself regularly available 7days a week.
