your group was very courteous and caring
The staff was lovely. The wait time is disrespectful. Inasmuch as the doctor's time is valuable, so is mine. If I'm given a 12:15 appt, I expect to be seen by 12:45 at latest. If I were late, I would be canceled and billed. If the medical field in its entirety was more concerned with patients than booking at intervals that can't be met just to maximize their dollar, I could have given 5 stars. As it is, I wanted to give only 1 or 2 but felt it was unjust based on my overall experience.
