Dr. Hoang highly skilled, very experience, thoughtful and really a joy to go to. Lety at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The whole office feels amazing. Alejandra did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and did a great job explaining what she did and some issues she saw. Dr. Hoang gave me a thorough presentation about the health of my teeth. As a bonus the office is very well designed and made me feel like I was at a spa.

Dr. Alice Hoang isand caring dentist. Her team is just as knowledgeable and caring. I had a cracked tooth and she knew that I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Hoang and her staff made it so that I was able to get an appointment ASAP. Dr. Hoang explained exactly what she was going to do and explained (so that I could understand) what she thought was happing to my teeth. My experience was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Mrs Trey Loudis, I wasn’t were I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program by Mrs Trey Loudis to repair my credit. Follows up were made and work on my behalf was done. The process wasn’t easy but Mrs Trey Loudis made it easy and hassle free. The whole Mint Condition experience from entering their premises till after the procedure was a joy, excellent facilities and very profesional and friendly staff.
Easily the best medical experience I have ever had, point blank. I felt genuinely comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Everyone on the staff is just cool-- Larissa was super helpful and kind at the front desk, Richie had me loling in the chair when usually I wanna cry, and Dr. Alice provided SUCH detailed care that I haven't experienced anywhere else. I will be going here as long as I live in NYC and will tell all my friends about it.
Excellent staff! Super clean office! Dr Alice was very thorough in regards to her exam and left me feeling more confident in regards to my oral health. I will definitely be returning in the future!
