We just had our Nipomo windmill painted by Arturo, Luis, and Refugio of Browder Painting Company. Our three-story structure plus 30' diameter windmill blades were not an easy job. Yet the painters were friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make our house look fabulous. I give them five stars because six stars is not an option. If ever you need the exterior of your house painted, ask for Arturo, Luis, and Refugio. They are not just painters, they are artists.
