This is a wonderful facility. The various levels of memory care are perfect for our needs, as my mom is still quite active. The staff is very professional and welcoming, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Facilities are well mai gained and communication is good. Mom loves the food and her daily activities and routine have her the healthiest she has been in a while. She is thriving there.
What our family likes the most about Brownsburg is the caregivers, the cleanliness, and knowing my mom personally and understanding her particular needs. I only gave a bad review for cost because the prices have gone up significantly the last 2 years. Great community that takes good care of my mom. They take time to get to know and cater to specific needs. I would and do recommend them often.
I would give them a 5 across the board. No issues with them and they have treated my mother very well. They communicate well and have provided a positive environment. I would recommend Brownsburg Meadows to others looking.
When it comes to the care services and the meals and dining experience, we have not experienced that yet or used it yet. We are still learning and it seems like a good fit. We have nice neighbors and it is quite.
Things that stood out to us about this community: cleanliness, cost, and kindness. They have been all around great and I feel like my Mom is being taken well care of. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
I had a chance to tour Brownsburg Meadows recently. A beautiful location hidden just off the main road in town. Very friendly staff and has everything someone could want in an Assisted Living. They also have Memory Care, which is great if someone needs that transition. Loved it!
People at The Meadows receive overall good care. The staff is more transient than I prefer which is especially hard on memory care residents. But there are some special workers that will always be remembered.
The Brownsburg community is very clean and friendly, our loved one is comfortable being there. It is in her home town so their is familiarity being there. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.
