Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Great customer service
Came into town for a concert in Cincinnati. Looked at best restaurants to go too and Bru Burger was in the top ten. The staff was incredible, atmosphere and availability to get a table was great! The presentation of dinner was excellent however wasn’t our favorite place. Fries tasted too greasy but my fiancé has the burger and loved it. I had the Bru Hot chicken sandwich, it was pretty good - spicy though! Server was great, she was the bartender and she gave us good alcohol recommendations. It took a while for the server to come by when I first got there, and although my server was friendly and helpful it took a while for me to get anything I asked for (which wasn't much). There was something that tasted off about their basic burger when it arrived and I ended up taking the cheese and bacon off the burger to try to fix that (which I never do).
