Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Delish as always! We had a great meal and the service was great!
Went for burger week. First time there. The burgers were great. We Loved the onion rings and also the fries with the homemade ketchup and mayonnaise pepper dip were yummy. Great beer selection and the best margarita I’ve ever had. Peach bread pudding was shared by all and perfect ending. The decor is upscale. Not your typical burger joint but a nice change of pace.

I went for the $7.00 Bourbon burger special for Burger Week and it was excellent! I like my burgers rare and it is “rare” that a restaurant actually makes it that way. BruBurger always gets it perfectly! Juicy and so full of delicious taste with the melted cheese and caramelized onions; Vey yummy! Got it with onion rings and the pear Cosmo. Our server was attentive and professional. Sat outside:it was a delicious, warm, lovely , perfect evening.
