Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

We made reservations, arrived early, and were seated immediately. We ordered drinks and salads. Both were excellent, especially the salads. I usually get a burger, which is delicious, so ordering the salad was out of the ordinary. Mine was so good, that I will order it again, without thinking about it. Our server was excellent.

We got 4 different burgers, and ALL were visually appetizing and tasted great. Black Bean, Patty Melt, Bourbon and Provencal. My fries were slightly overcooked, but tasted good. The house-made ketchup is great, but needed a larger cup. :-)

First time at this restaurant. Excellent location, close to hotel & arena. Food was excellent and out waitress was excellent

Has a gluten free menu for people with celiac, but wouldn’t recommend the “gluten free” beer they had. Seemed to good to be true and my friend wasn’t feeling well, but overall the service was excellent and the food was great! Would definitely come back again!
