Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Came after a show at the aranoff. Great meal and service. Sat outside so was a little loud.
Great beer selection and good food. Great pre theater choice.
Great place with good atmosphere and nice selection of draft beers. Loved the fact they had a mini Burger as 1/4 pounder vs 1/2 which I still consider way too much and that leaves room for dessert which again was great (but also too big for one). So options for all Burgers at 1/4 pounders and I‘ll be back every time in town!
