Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Fabulous lunch with some friends. Great Food, Great service, and an awesome atmosphere!
Second trip to Bru Burger in Cincy, which boasts a wonderful and varied menu for vegetarians! We ordered the quinoa salad and the black bean burger (made in-house). Delicious. Great beer selections too!
Good burgers!
Everything was cooked perfectly- I don’t like much pink in the burger, and it was browned but still juicy (I got the New Yorker with a little pastrami & slaw on it). The onion rings I shared with my daughter were addictive, along with their house-made ketchup. Yum!
