Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Burgers were fabulous. Salad was bigger than expected. Plain mix drinks were higher in price than expected. $16 for a double gin and tonic was excessive.
The turkey burger was bland and dried out. All of the other food we had - especially the salads were excellent.
I would recommend Bru Burger, although don’t trust that reservation details entered will be honored. The hostess literally huffed at my request to have a standard height table, instead of a bar height one. This was something they asked at the time of the reservation and I could see several open, so it didn’t seem like a ridiculous question to me. The waiter made up for it though and the food was excellent.
Food was delicious and service excellent!! Would highly recommend !
