Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

I had reservations for 7:00, arrived at 6:45 and was seated right away, which was great! We were sat in the back corner, which was nice because we were away from the noise and traffic, but I felt our server often forgot about us. We did go empty on our bar drinks and bar service was also slow. We were told both times we waited on drinks that the bar was "very busy". Went in a Sunday. Had couple burgers and fries. Black bean burger was so so. Everything overly was fine
