Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

The staff is very knowledgable about gluten free. Food is delicious.
This was a good choice for our gluten sensitive, dairy allergy family, half vegetarian family. Everyone could enjoy burger and fries and see the NCAA tournament. They had bottled hard cider for the gluten free adults. No dessert though :( The waiter did a great job. We're from out-of-state and found this allergy friendly place on yelp. The issue was finding parking during a Red's game but after a couple of slow circles around the square we found a meter a block away.
