Our server was great but she had to make the mocktails because the bartender was alone on an Aronoff night. We never saw a manager on the floor or helping. Food took a long time.
It was very busy so it it took around 50 minutes to get our food. The wait staff was very attentive. The food was good. We really enjoyed the pimento burger.
I had made a reservation to eat at Bru Burger for 6:00 on 12/17. I had some difficulty getting downtown and my daughter called to let them know I was coming but would be late. My granddaughter and I arrived at 6:15, we were seated immediately. I was worried that we would lose the reservation and was so pleased that we had time to eat before going to the Aronoff. We ordered quickly and the food came and was prepared perfectly. SO delicious!
