The hamburgers are very good and the service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is conveniently located to the Aronoff Center so I would make reservations on show nights.
I had reservations for 7:00, arrived at 6:45 and was seated right away, which was great! We were sat in the back corner, which was nice because we were away from the noise and traffic, but I felt our server often forgot about us. We did go empty on our bar drinks and bar service was also slow. We were told both times we waited on drinks that the bar was "very busy".
