We have eaten at Bru several times and always had excellent food and service. The food, again... top notch. The service left a LOT to be desired. So disappointing. I tried really hard to be engaging with the server thinking she may have been having a bad day and mo matter what I did she was just unfriendly. :(
Excellent restaurant! My only caveat is that there needs to be carpeting near the bar area. If it's wet outside, the floor becomes incredibly slippery, especially for persons with impaired mobility due to age or disability. A carpet runner here would make a huge difference.
overall ok, waitress spilled ketchup in the floor went on my son and another table next to us.. manager came out and spoke with that table and comp there meal but never said a word to us.. i cleaned off his shirt and face, no big deal but would have just been nice to say sorry.. waitress said she was sorry and was very nice.....food was ok ordered chicken nachos got bbq nachos ...but they were good ..overall ok would not go out of my way to go again
The only think I have to complain about is that my bourbon bacon burger was tasteless.
Great service. Server gave great recommendations. Burger was amazing.
