Service was left wanting. Our server was Alicia whom we did not meet until after our meal had been delivered. Had not Henry noticed we were waiting and brought our water and drink orders and............then took our meal order we would not have been served. Im sorry but the young lady who bought our food I did not get her name but thank you. One Alicia realized we were her table our service were as expected. We appreciate the were taking care of.
The service was very good. My husband loved the Blackened Mahi Mahi. He said it was the best he had ever had.
Very nice outdoor patio, really good burgers, and great drink selection. Service was wonderful. Will definitely go back!
I visited Bru Cincy to celebrate a dear friend's birthday. This location is really wonderful. It's located right behind Fountain Square and a block away from the Contemporary Art Center. We a made a reservation and were seated right away. Our server was very attentive and helpful. We ordered a glass of wine and a beer and started out with the jalapeño Mac and cheese. Great place for a great downtown burger or pre-owned dining.
Average experience. Food was ok, service was good. OT reservation was accepted but without a high-top table. We were seated in a corner with a blocked view. Staff was friendly.
