Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Our server Kameron provided exceptional service. The Mexican BBQ (with Chicken instead of burger) was an excellent blend of flavors. The Viking Farms Lamb was an interesting change from a traditional burger. That’s what makes the menu so versatile.

Our reservation was at 6. We arrived early due to low traffic and they seated us around 5:30 - there were very few patrons in the restaurant at that time and they were happy to accommodate. However, around 6:15, we felt “rushed” as if we needed to leave early since we arrived early. We had not planned on leaving until sometime after 7, as the show we were attending did not start until 8. The food and service were good but making a reservation well in advance asking for an area of the restaurant wasn't even considered. We were seated exactly where we didn't want. We go prior to every Broadway Show now if they can't accommodate prior reservations requests we will contemplate going somewhere else. We weren't asking for a specific table just an area.

We had reservations and we’re seated at a great table. Our server was great and knowledgeable of the food and beers. Definitely will go back again.

Matt was our server. He did a great job, and the food was phenomenal. I got the Mexicali Burger. The onion rings were freshly dipped and fried, and the dipping sauce tasted great, too. The beer cheese sauce tasted great, which was served with Pretzel sticks. My first time, but not my last.
