Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

I’d not eaten here before and went in search of a restaurant that took reservations and was close to the theater. I’m really glad that I found Bru. Making reservations was so simple. The noise level in the front of the restaurant was moderately high, but my table was in the rear and it was so much quieter that it was easy to carry on a conversation. The server, Lexie, was attentive and accurate in taking our orders. The food was quite good. I had the basic burger while my friend had the fish sandwich. We were both impressed.... read more

We enjoyed the burger. The salad had too much dressing on it more than what we would have like. We were on a time crunch and our server got us out in time for the play. We will definitely return for another juicy burger! Thank you
