Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Burgers were very good and were delivered hot. Would like to see calorie counts on the menu so that I can better plan my meals. Hostess quickly greeted and seated us and was super friendly. Server was just ok. Even though we were ready to order our meals she wouldn’t take it until after getting our drinks which needlessly delayed us a few minutes. Again nothing negative but nothing great either.
We were seated outside on a lovely evening as we had requested. My Bourbon burger and onion rings did not disappoint. Pear cosmo was delicious. Our server was fun, friendly, helpful and professional. It was an excellent dining experience. Looking forward to our next visit.
Food was good but service not so much. Sat for over 30 minutes without drink refills. Otherwise everything else was good.
The food came out quickly and hot! The only issue was the beers we ordered didn’t taste like what we ordered. Not sure if it was a keg or tap line issue. Lastly, the GM came and checked on us which was nice, and grabbed more water. Will be back.
