The selection of appetizers, salads and sandwiches is awesome! I have tried a nice variety of the food and it is so yummy!! A great addition to Evansville. Love the design in the old Greyhound bus station. Definitely gives the Ville some style!

I ordered a salad with grilled shrimp and dressing on the side (I know, right, at a burger bar!). The salad arrived with dressing already on the it and a grilled chicken breast on top. I told the waitress, and she apologized and took the salad back to the kitchen. She brought the same salad back (still with dressing on it, sans chicken breast) and said the shrimp would be right out. The shrimp had been heated in the microwave and not grilled. Great place to eat once you get in. Love the atmosphere in the old bus station. Parking is horrible. I drove around and around for at least 10 minutes looking for a spot. Our waitress was great. I told her I'd had the "melt your face off" burger at another Bru Burger and it wasn't hot at all. She said she'd talk to the cook and it came out nice and spicy...although I still have my face. I'll be back but not at noon on a week day.
Good food, service, great bar, nice wine list, noise level was on the high side.
