Proudly occupying the space of the former Greyhound Depot, BRU Burger Bar Evansville is the fifth BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Service was great, love the building and decor. It was loud in there, even though it was mid afternoon. Owner/manager is attentive to mistakes and took an item off our bill as well as giving a free dessert to the table nearest us. 3 cheese roasted garlic burger was spot on perfect. Garlic flavor was delicious, the bun nicely toasted flavorful. Meat was slightly overcooked for medium but still juicy. Table next to us had an overcooked burger as well. Finally got to have dinner here. Liked the atmosphere and how it was decorated. Wait staff was attentive, food was nicely presented and delicious! Will be back again, soon!!!
First visit to the ole depot since Bru Burger opened. Love the decor, though I wish more historic Greyhound photos would be displayed. Otherwise great food and service! Will be back for sure!
I had a Viking lamb burger which was interesting with the toppings I never heard of and their hot wings were good as well. The slaw was extra heavy with the carrots though and 5$ per Corona is kinda steep.
Wasn't busy at all around 3:30 on Sunday. Despite a lot of staff standing around, it took awhile for someone to take our order. Food was excellent. Love the decor.
