Food was cold. Onion rings delicious. Service was slow- very few people in restaurant, tables very nicely spaced. Outside dining looks wonderful. May return when weather gets warmer.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your feedback! We appreciate that you took the time to let us know where we can do better. I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed the Onion Rings - they are definitely a favorite here! I want to apologize for the slow service and cold food. That is definitely not up to our standards, nor your expectations. At your convenience, I would love to hear more about your visit. We look forward to seeing you this Spring! Appetizer came with our meals, one of the burger meals came 10 minutes after every else’s.
Business response:
Thank you for your review, Dave. I'm very sorry for the long wait on your guest's entree. I can assure you this is not our standard of service. Please, join us again soon so we can "wow" you!
I have always visited the Bru in Lexington and enjoyed my experience. This was my first time to Ft.Mitchell. the atmosphere was ok. Service was really good. I got my usual and the burger was as expected, very good.. The Mac and cheese lacked any cheese. All I tasted was pasta with andouille sausage and jalapeño. Very disappointed..
Business response:
Hi Cheri! I am so sorry that your Jalapeno Mac was so underwhelming compared your past experiences. I will definitely share your feedback with Chef Jamie and see if we can correct this before your next visit. We do hope to have you back, soon, to earn those other 2 stars! Cheyenne, manager
